Cypress covers a lot of ground, and the listings run from newer subdivision homes on standard lots to acreage properties that need a completely different treatment.
On subdivision listings, the aerial shot is doing something specific: showing the street context, the lot size relative to its neighbours and the backyard a buyer cannot see from the kerb. One well-framed aerial often answers more buyer questions than three more interior photos.
On acreage, the property line is the product. A ground-level photo of five acres looks like a photo of a field; from the air, the same five acres reads as scale. Aerial coverage is the difference between a buyer understanding what they are buying and scrolling past.
Interiors get the same treatment everywhere I shoot — bracketed exposures, straight verticals, edited by me rather than sent out — and photos come back the next business day.
Parts of Cypress sit toward the outer edge of my primary service area. Send me the address before you book and I will confirm coverage and quote any travel charge up front, so there is nothing to argue about after the shoot.
