Elev8 Images shoots residential listings across the Greater Houston Area for agents who would rather not think about photography at all. You send the address. We arrive on time, shoot to a written standard, finish the files in-house, and put a gallery in your inbox the next business day. No negotiating scope on the doorstep, no wondering whether this shoot will match the last one.

Pricing
Photography starts at $102 for up to 10 photos, with each additional image at $6. Most listings are better served by a package — the Core Listing at $325 includes up to 25 edited photos, 3 aerial photos and a 2D floor plan, which is usually everything a standard listing needs.

FAQ
A daytime photography appointment runs up to one hour. Larger homes may take longer, and we will tell you in advance if we expect that. Aerial work adds up to 30 minutes.
Photos are ready the next business day. Same-day delivery is available for $95, subject to availability and the time of your shoot.
It depends on the package. Core Listing includes up to 25 edited photos, Signature up to 35, Marketing Pro up to 45, and Elev8 Luxury up to 50. Booked on its own, photography starts at $102 for up to 10 photos.
No. Many agents give us lockbox or gate access and go about their day. If you would rather meet us there, that is fine too.
We reschedule to the next available date at no charge. If you would rather keep the appointment, we can photograph interiors and return for exteriors at no additional cost when we are next in the area. Drone work cannot fly in any rain.
Preparation makes more difference to the final images than any camera does. We publish a room-by-room checklist you can forward to your seller a few days before the shoot.
