Aerial frames that explain a property — the lot, the setting, the approach — in one image no ground-level camera can produce.
Houston is flat, and from the street most homes in a price band look broadly alike. Lift the camera forty feet and the story changes: you can see the depth of the lot, how the pool sits in the yard, the mature trees along the back fence, how far it really is to the water. Aerial photography answers the questions buyers ask before they book a showing.
Every pilot flying for Elev8 Images is FAA Part 107 licensed and insured. That is not a formality — it determines where we are legally allowed to operate, and parts of the Houston area sit inside controlled airspace where authorisation is required before a drone leaves the ground. We check that before your appointment, not after.
Aerial work pairs naturally with a scheduled shoot. We are already on site, the light is already right, and the add-on costs less than booking a separate session.

Pricing
Added to a scheduled shoot, aerial photography is $95. A stand-alone aerial session is $125, with additional images at $25 each. Aerial photos are also built into every package — three with Core Listing and Signature, five with Marketing Pro, six with Elev8 Luxury.

FAQ
Yes. Every pilot flying for Elev8 Images holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and is insured.
Not everywhere. Parts of the Houston area fall within controlled airspace around airports, where authorisation is required and occasionally denied. We check the airspace for your address before the appointment and will tell you if there is a restriction.
Drone work cannot be flown in any rain, including light drizzle, and high wind grounds a flight as well. We reschedule the aerial portion at no charge.
Up to 30 minutes when added to a scheduled photography shoot.
Yes. Aerial footage can be added to any video for $45, and our Marketing Pro and Elev8 Luxury packages include cinematic video with aerial footage built in.
You should let the seller know a drone will be flying. We also ask that cars are moved from the driveway and street in front where possible, and that awnings and umbrellas are retracted.
