Scheduling fees

Weekend appointments add $85 + tax. Same-day cancellation: $50 photo · $125 dusk · $50 video · $50 aerial. Waived with notice the day before.

Weather

We reschedule at no charge. Drone work cannot fly in any rain, including light drizzle.

Service area

No travel fee within the Greater Houston Area. Properties outside are quoted individually — contact us before booking.

Larger homes

3,001–6,000 sq ft add $30 · 6,001–9,000 sq ft add $55 · over 9,000 sq ft, contact us.

Licensing

Pricing covers one-time use to market the property for sale or lease. Commercial and builder use quoted separately.
