Elev8 Images was founded to close the gap between what a home actually feels like and how it photographs online. We work with a curated network of independent photographers and videographers across the Houston area — every file is shot to spec and finished by our in-house editing team, so quality never depends on who picked up the job that day.

From starter listings to River Oaks estates, our packages are built to scale with the property, not the other way around.

Turnaround Times

Photos next business day · Social video 1–2 business days · Walkthrough, cinematic & aerial video 2–3 business days · Floor plans 1–2 business days · Virtual staging 2 business days after photo editing.

Appointment Lengths

Daytime or dusk photography up to 1 hour · Aerial up to 30 minutes · Social video up to 30 minutes · Walkthrough or cinematic video up to 1 hour.

Scheduling & Fees

Weekend appointments add $85 + tax, based on availability. Same-day cancellation fees: $50 photo, $125 dusk, $50 video, $50 aerial, $50 floor plan — waived with notice the day before.

Weather

We reschedule at no charge for weather. If you'd rather keep the appointment, we'll shoot interiors and return for exteriors at no extra cost. Drone work cannot fly in any rain.

Service Area

No travel fee within our primary Houston service area. Properties outside this area are quoted individually — please contact us before booking.

Licensing

Pricing covers one-time use to market the property for sale or lease. Commercial, builder, and unlimited-license use is quoted separately.
